the room was spacious with a large bay window and nice view. it contained a closet with mirrored sliding doors. i found a fridge with water. coffee and tea making facilities. the bed provided comfort.

The location was accessible by car! though the parking was expensive. The staff was genuinely helpful. I enjoyed my time in the restaurant and bar. The bar offered a relaxing environment. The breakfast provided a diverse range of well-prepared options. I also appreciated the beautiful landscaped grounds with A terrace.
I noticed some minor signs of wear. The building's age shows a little, but it does add to the character. Some may find that it requires some updating. it didn't significantly affect my stay.

The check-in process was quick. The room had mineral water, Colombian coffee, and cookies, all complimentary. Breakfast included options , made for great value. Staff members were friendly and very helpful.
Noise from the bar below was noticeable. I could hear music and sounds through the floorboards. Perhaps additional sound insulation would improve the room's quietness.

the staff were friendly during both the day and evening. i found the pub quiz on thursday to be fun. the bedroom was clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed for a good night's sleep after a long drive.
the whole place felt a little dated, with some awkward steps on the stairs.

The staff handled check-in efficiently and also assisted with our luggage. bartenders were skilled. They mixed drinks, managed reservations, and served dinner at our table. the hotel provides convenient access to the city center on foot. the provided breakfast included several made-to-order items.
the room lacked an elevator, and carrying luggage to the upper floors was necessary.
